STUDENT REQUIREMENTS:
PRESCHOOL
(CECL – Center for Early Childhood Learning)
- Age Requirements:
– Nursery 1 Age 3.0 – 3.11
– Nursery 2 Age 4.0 – 4.11
– Kindergarten Age 5.0 – 5.11 (Omnibus Policy on Kindergarten Education; DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016, Sec. 6, IRR of 10533Kindergarten is the first stage of compulsory and mandatory formal education for children at least five (5) years old on or before June 30 of the current school year as prerequisite for Grade One.
- PSA/NSO birth certificate (photocopy)
- Any previous schooling record
- 1 pc ID picture 2×2 colored on plain background
- Interview / Diagnostic test (Online)
ELEMENTARY (Grades 1 – 6)
- PSA/NSO birth certificate (photocopy)
- Report card of previous grade level
- 1 pc ID picture 2×2 colored on plain background
- Deportment letter from the last school attended
- Transcript of records from previous school
- Interview / Diagnostic test (Online)
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 7 – 10)
- PSA/NSO birth certificate (photocopy)
- Report card of previous grade level
- 1 pc ID picture 2×2 colored on plain background
- Deportment letter from the last school attended
- Transcript of records from previous school
- Interview / Diagnostic test (Online)
ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
FOR NEW STUDENTS:
- Get a schedule for interview and diagnostic examination.
- Start the enrollment process after the results of the diagnostic examination and interview have been released.
- Submit the required documents (see Enrollment Requirements).
- Fill out the registration form per child.
- Submit the completed form. It will be acknowledged by the Administrative Officer through your provided email address.
- Once the registration form is submitted and acknowledged, the payment scheme assessment form will be sent through your email.
- Pay the school fees according to your mode of payment using the school bank account or pay in the school business office.
- Once payment has been made through the bank, scan or take a picture/screenshot of the confirmed transaction deposit slip then email it to [email protected] in this format: PAYMENT for (NAME OF STUDENT) & (GRADE LEVEL)
- Check payments should be deposited to the bank. Send the scanned copy/photo/screenshot of your check plus the confirmed transaction deposit slip via email, Viber, Messenger.
- Once we have received your email, we will acknowledge it by sending a digital copy of the Official Receipt via email, Viber, and Messenger.
- Hard copies of Official Receipts will be available for pick up in the business office.
- Admission cards will be released when textbooks and supplies are ready.

FOR RETURNING OR OLD STUDENTS:
- Fill out the registration form per child. Submit the completed form. It will be acknowledged by the Administrative Officer through your provided email address.
- Once the registration form is submitted and acknowledged, you will be provided with the payment scheme assessment form sent through your email.
- For those who have paid reservation fee, it will be deducted from the amount of the first payment. Kindly send via email the scanned copy/photo/screenshot of the TISC Official Receipt for the reservation fee for payment assessment.
- Pay the school fees according to your mode of payment using the school bank account or pay in the school business office.
- Once payment has been made through the bank, scan or take a picture/screenshot of the confirmed transaction deposit slip then email it to [email protected] in this format: PAYMENT for (NAME OF STUDENT) & (GRADE LEVEL)
- Check payments should be deposited to the bank. Send the scanned copy/photo/screenshot of the check plus the confirmed transaction deposit slip via email, Viber, or Messenger.
- Once the emailed proof of payment is received, you will receive the scanned copy of the Official Receipt via email, Viber, or Messenger. Hard copies of Official Receipts will be available for pick up in the business office.
- Admission cards will be released when textbooks and supplies are ready.
